HI my name is Freddy I am 26 and have recently been diagnosed with autism –mental health and ocd with intrusive thoughts. I have been prescribed medication to try and help with the symptoms as I find it hard to leave my home and my thoughts are triggered when I’m in the company of others and sometimes on my own. I’m new to this site hopefully I can get some help and tips to try and manage it better. :original:
