Medicine like sretrailin(SSIR) is not enough for pure O??????

I AM SUFFERD FRM PORE O SINCE 7 YEARS.........

i take sertrailin(zosert) since 1 years.... BEFORE that i had taken paraxatine also.... but thees two helps low response for me& fearful thoughts continue come yet?

so may i take more effctive than sertrailin..... without my gp BCZ

if yas than suggest me? bcz only one sourses for overcome my ocd , that is only medicine..

so plz give name?

Hi

You really need to go back to your GP and explain that the medication alone is not enough. They should be able to offer you CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) and/or suggest you increase the dosage of your present medication or even try another medication.

You must not self medicate you must seek advise from a doctor.
