Rourke
Hi I'm new to the site I've had pure O for 25 years though misdiagnosed for a number of years. I am now trying to cope by. A not seeking reasurence and B trying not to stop the thought s I merely observe them. It's simple but not easy by any means. I used to think the best feeling in the world was when I got relief from the thoughts,I now believe the feeling of victory in not allowing them to dominate my life far surpasses the quick fix of relief. I still have horrible days when a thought sticks in my mind as if on flypaper but it is not as horrendous as it has been Link to comment
