The thoughts are there every moment im awake and I can get away from them. I have stopped seeing my friends as I feel so guilty as I horrible to some of them in the past. They have told me there is no problem but I cant stop worrying. Also I have many regrets of other real things so im overwhelmed by it. Thanks lila Link to comment
Guest legend Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 (edited) you have done compulsions , rumination for one , a reaction to the thoughts from the past , because the thoughts wont go away , youve then also carried out another compulsion ,called reassurance seeking , thats asking the friends if you were bad , due to the thoughts you are having you are also using avoidance , as another safety mechanism , by not going out with friends because of the thoughts What help have you had for your ocd ?
