Caffeine in any drink causes me to have panic attacks, so I don't drink caffeine for the most part. I drink decaffeinated tea and sodas that have no caffeine in them, like Sprite or root beer. OCCASIONALLY I cheat though :p

Everyone is different I suppose. It hasn't affected me as far as anxiety that I've noticed so far.

I work in a cafe and have coffee or tea probably once a day, a soda two or three times a week - some with and without caffeine.

Sometimes I'll drink 2 or 3 cups in a row knowing that it'll **** with me just to see how bad my anxiety will get.

when I was at my worst though I didn't touch it.
