Guest rainbow
HI everyone MY daughter has ocd too, she is just 16!! and has had ocd for approx 1 yr, she sings and writes songs and has wrote this song, which she wanted to share with you all Sometimes I feel there is no light The light that's meant to shine bright The light thats meant to shine, away through for me I wish I could be somewhere else Where the sun shines near a rainbow Where I did'nt have to wake and worry about tomorrow I wish I could fly, to feel the warm air in the sky I wish I could walk over them clouds To a place where I was allowed A place I could fly too I wish I could fly away to find a better day I wish I could fly away find a day that is no longer grey I wish I could glide through the sky so I could see all the oceans from way up high I pray today will be a better day for me If not....... I wish to fly away...... love rainbow's daughter xxxxx Link to comment
Caramoole
That's lovely Rainbow Do pass that on to your daughter It never ceases to amaze me how creative and talented OCD sufferers are, whether it is the experience's that let us feel these deep emotions, I don't know. Tell her to keep writing and I look forward to reading them Link to comment
