Well that's nearly another day over of resisting to seek reassurance from my partner. That's been nearly a week now. I still have some really really

Dark moments .... But within me is becoming a new found "confidence" if that's the right word. I thought questioning him was the answer to this. But by NOT, I'm starting to feel the anxiety lessens each time I resist. And I'm starting to believe in myself and our relationship that little bit more. Maybe I AM GOOD enough to be loved by him. Happy Friday x
