taurean
I get all of those symptoms when anxious. I found that the important thing is not to worry about it, but rather make thinking and behavioural changes which tackle the thoughts and feelings that are causing this chronic anxiety response - and our unhelpful response to them. So, how best might you start to do that bruces? Edited July 30, 2015 by taurean Link to comment

Phili
There is a list of over a thousend physical symptoms related to anxiety. My friend even gets heart cramps and her blood runs backwards. Anxiety causes servere physical symptoms both duing and after bouts of strong and even long term mild anxiety. Then there are the physical symptoms of stress that anxiety causes and everybody gets different things. Edited August 1, 2015 by Phili Link to comment
Guest Tricia
There's no question that chronic anxiety can cause long term problems. I have discussed this with several doctors over the years. The problem is, as with most things, no one can predict exactly how each of us will respond. However, I fully believe that smoking and a poor diet do far more harm. Link to comment

ACE
Bruces I think there are always things we can do to try& ease our anxiety as best as possible, there obviously will be moments of course we will have more severe anxiety than other times& we won't ever be totally free of anxiety. But in saying this it doesn't surely mean that forever we will have to deal with constant severe anxiety we can try to find ways to ease our anxiety,I know it's not a long term solution but for you right now when you have moments of very strong anxiety you maybe can take something for it?. Also you can try to do your best to ease your anxiety I know it's not certainly easy, always also try to talk to your Doctor as well about any concerns in regarding to your anxiety which is very important :original: . Guest nervous
What stops anxiety? It's really bad all the time my heart is going at 100mph and I'm sweating profusely What stops anxiety? Stop running away from it. Just accept it and it will go away on it's own. I know the answer sounds so simple that it is laughable but the horror that we put our selves through is our desire to be free of something not the thing itself. The more you run from anxiety the bigger and badder it gets. Link to comment
