Same nonsence different day

I was looking at martial art vids on youtube as i do a couple of different types,a video came up that said teacher rips pupils shirt off,i dont know why but i clicked on it,i think i may have wanted to see it to see the pupil without a shirt

I turned it off because i new if i saw it it would mess my head up but hey ho it has anyway

Ive been doing so well at holding down my job and can nearly say i iam happy and doing better at not being dragged into fruitless ruminateing about things i cannot change and awnsers about myself i will never be 100 percent about

But this has been playing a bit today as i m not sure if iwanted to see this vid in a perverted way x

I think your uncertainty is your answer; you don't want to do bad things. :) It's not as if you're about to go out and start ripping people's shirts off because you want to see them naked; in fact, you're probably the last person to do something like that!

It's okay. I think this is just a flotsam and jetsam moment; taking the thought in your head too seriously. Hang in there, yeah?

You've got to just remember the very good suggestion Polar Bear likes to give: "So, what?" You just have to keep at it. The uncertainty is the thing killing you, and learning to live with it is the key. Remember to refocus, don't give the uncertainty power, distract, stop searching for answers to questions, just let them be questions.

OCD hurts you by making something seem like a big deal to you. Take its power away, let yourself be uncertain, say, "So, what?" to your questions and let them be.

NotMy said it all, pretty much.

So what if you clicked on the video. So what to your intentions. So what. In fact, go back to the Internet, find that video and watch it 20 times. Tell OCD to take a hike and keep living your life.
