Running Lover Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 Feeling better about things I've been paying for therapy. I was just driving along when I had the feeling I wasn't a capable driver. I was doubting every manoeuvre. I've had driving anxiety loads in the past but not like this it felt awful. I actually felt like I didn't know how to drive. I'm really worried I should stop driving I know people say avoidance isn't the cure but that was so scarey. I couldn't actually make a desicion. jimangie1973 Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 That is definitely ocd at work. Try your best to ignore the questioning thoughts and push through the doubt. You need to continue driving to show yourself you are in control, not the ocd. Link to comment
