To those of you with a partner/spouse, how honest are you about your OCD? How much do you share? What if you've tried and they just don't understand or downplay it? Or even trigger intrusive thoughts? Do any of you feel like you no longer have the ability to be in an intimate relationship anymore? No longer have the ability to be open?

I'm completely honest with my husband about it and am glad I am married. I think all you can do is be honest but seek professional help for treatment - having not had ocd for over 30 years I would have struggled to understand it.
