zx123 Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 Today when I was using the public toilets I bent down to pick something up off the floor and as I stood back up I think my hair touched something on the wall which looked like faecal matter. I now feel dirty and as though I need to wash my hair. I feel as though I won able able to feel clean until I can wash my hair. Link to comment

PolarBear Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 Given that you are in distress over this you can safely assume you are dealing with OCD and not an urgent matter requiring your attention. The best thing to do is to leave your hair alone and work through the anxiety. Try to occupy your mind with something else and resist the urge to ruminate over it. Basically, get on with your day.
