mummyoftwogirls
Does anyone over analyse other peoples behaviour /actions / how they are feeling ?it drives me crazy but my mind kind of automatically does it . What's scary is I'm correct alot of the time not always but this then makes my ocd worse as I feel like I'm always correct so it can't be ocd . Does that make sense ? gingerbreadgirl
I think this kind of thing often goes hand in hand with anxiety in general, I know I do it all the time. There's a name for it I think - mindreading - a common cognitive error that people often make (especially people with anxiety). Not directly an OCD thing I don't think, but OCD sufferers are usually general worriers to boot x Link to comment
