My OCD is getting worse because my nerves are at their worst. I can't sleep because I am having really bad thoughts of how I could catch some disease, that is making me not want to go outside at all. And recently I've been having intrusive thoughts about if I had an accident or something happened to me would people care. I just can't seem to get out of the downer or 'depression', people don't understand that I cannot get out of this feeling. People are telling me it's fine and it's just worry but it's not. Can anyone help?

If your having trouble sleeping, try and get Rescue remedy night. Its a herbal mixture and I find it really helps when I'm having trouble sleeping....

As for nerves and worrying, I have a little technique I use to help me calm down.....

Find something that you like the smell of, maybe lavender or incense or something. Relax, do your rituals and try to remain calm. Smell your nice smell and keep calm and relaxed. Do this once a day.

After a week or so, your brain will associate the nice smell with being calm, so when you are worried, take a nice deep smell from your nice smell, and it should help calm you down....
