Guest PalaeontologyLover
Any mental illness can negatively affect your sex life. If you're mentally pre occupied with any sort of illness it's hard to relax and enjoy sex Link to comment
Astra
I think this is happening to me too. I'm suffering with ROCD (and the ocd) and my sex drive has dropped to almost nothing. I used to be a very sexual person (sounds odd saying that) but now I'm not. Hope I comes back soon for both of us! Link to comment
Chels
Hi @Astra I am too currently dealing with ROCD...and i too used to be the same very sexual and now its basically none at all...what sort of things if you dont mind me asking are causing your ROCD? Is it intrusive thoughts? Thinking your not attracted or as in love as you should be etc? Link to comment
Ascend
Let's not fall into the rumination trap. The answers to those questions probably won't help. The real problem here is OCD. Link to comment
