Back to work tomorrow and feeling really anxious.

Half six in the morning until ten, three and a half hours is enough to make me feel sick. Having got up during the night feeling hungry I did the silliest of things and had some crisps. I'm panicking and feel guilty, looked in the mirror last night after eating and felt all my hard exercising had been a waste of time, pure negative, traumatising thoughts.

My safety behaviour is the only option, exercise, shower then get dressed, I don't dare eat.

Does anyone have any thoughts who have more experienced treatment than me that may help or guide me please?
