  1. hi i have been a member for a couple of years and have never recieved a magazine. do i need to register for it ?

  3. has any one found life tough when feeling menapausal and having ocd.i just cant trust my feelings
  4. i have found psychiatrists in genrel to be rather odd.althought i have recently seen a lovely one.
  5. i think its your ocd talking but you dont have to listen.so hard i know but just leave the thoughts there.the thoughts dont have to control you.it seems so real but thats ocd,a horrible condition that we have to live with.
  6. i did it i drove home without any problems.i breathed through the anxiety and ignored the thought.it was so hard but worth it.thankyou all for your support
  7. thats the thing with ocd there is always two ways {at least} of looking at it . its driving me mad.
  8. i keep thinking that if i drive home after work when i am tired i will crash my car.it feels like this will definatley happen.do you think this is an ocd thought or is it real?
  9. i think you could have ocd but would urge you to make an appointment with your gp.cognitive behaviourial therapy works very well for ocd
  10. i think that you wiped her because you wanted to prove that it means nothing and you are angry you have ocd
  11. sorry i am not good with words but your ocd is making you feel this way.ocd is lieing to you.maybe ask for some cbt therapy.the way you are thinking is classic intrusive thoughts.so upsetting for you but it will pass.hope you feel better soon
  12. i am due to start a new job next week on one hand i am looking forward to it but i also find change hard,my brain just not working well today.please help
