Usually the horrible thoughts and the 'what ifs' are the first thing on my mind when I wake up however the last few days this morning In particular, I woke up, got out of bed, got dressed, did my makeup and hair and didn't think or have any intrusive thoughts at all! Even when I realised I wasn't thinking about it, I didn't really have any intrusive thoughts, I had just remembered about my OCD and the fact I have the thoughts.
