Guest Anonomous17645
I know they're supposed to lift your mood, and help with anxiety. I've been taking them for around two weeks now, and have noticed no difference. however i do know that tablets can take at least a month to get into your system. Have/did they helped with your anxiety? Could/did you notice a difference? Link to comment
taurean
Hi Anonymous. I'm quite a champion of St John's Wort- check out my content on using this herb .It lifts my mood and helps me counter OCD by feeling able to engage with therapy. It gets into the blood stream, and leaves the bloodstream, quickly - unlike SSRI drugs - so acts quickly. But it is not suitable for other than mild anxiety or slightly low mood .It won't help depression or heavier anxiety levels. I have found , when in an OCD episode, that the drug propranolol is great for anxiety, but needs care on dosage as its a betablocker that lowers blood pressure- check out previous content from me and others on this drug.
