Are you on here 25 hours a day or just 24???
No matter what time I log on you are nearly always online too, even when I do 36 hours straight. Don't you ever sleep?
You take care of yourself. Don't make yourself ill.

dear Ashley
I have just realized that I should not have posted my research project on your forum without asking you first. I am really sorry. There was not problem on the other forums and I should have read the small print. Please can you let me know what I should do now as I could not work out how to send an email - it bounced back.

Hi dear Ashley
Pleased to meet you. I would really be pleased if you could possibly help me with the project in any way. I have a PhD in politics so I know how to write academic work. But as with you, OCD is my specialist topic. I love the way this forum recommends CBT. Have you met Paul Salkovskis? He is brilliant isn't he? I would loved to meet him.

Oh I love beetroot, but fine with that. I am talking about a pee smell? (sorry, but made me go uuurggh then laugh when I realised), took me couple of trips to loo over few hours to realise it wasn't a small from my musty shower before I put two and two together.
I did google in the end, and it was something of a relief lol

Been a bit quiet of late, new website, latest magazine (being finished and tomorrow moving to a new office (cheaper one).

Hi Ashley
You have had a nice quiet summer then.!
The new website looks great, also looking forward to the next edition of the magazine.
A few days ago I renewed my membership - setting up a direct debit in the process. I also entered my new address as I moved house over the summer it will be different from the one I gave when I joined last year
are you able to confirm if the registration went through ok with my new address - sorry to ask as I am sure you have many things to do. I can provide my membership number etc if you need.
Sorry also if I have asked via the wrong medium here.

I seem to remember you saying that your home landlord was going to provide the office accommodation?
All the best with the office move.
We have been tootling along ok on the forums while you have been so busy reconfiguring website, office arrangements, and keeping the charity running so well. And the moderator team have kept things nicely on track.
But I missed your input in the F1 thread on the member's-only sport forum

First time on bike this afternoon in 3/4 weeks I think. 20 hilly miles in less than 2-hours, I am feeling FUBAR and well put of shape.
