  3. First time on bike this afternoon in 3/4 weeks I think. 20 hilly miles in less than 2-hours, I am feeling FUBAR and well put of shape.

      Well done Ashley and everyone involved in the migration and changes. Technology is a challenging thing and throws in wobblies ; hopefully everything will now work fine. Great effort all round - much appreciated. :thumbup:

  6. Spare a thought for Glenn and Rachel who this evening are trekking 106km around the Isle of Wight for OCD-UK. They're 53km into it as of a hour or so back. Amazing people. Some pics on our Twitter feed.

  7. Right, off to Nottingham OCD Support Group this evening. I always know I am back in Nottingham because five minutes walking through the two and the ever present whiff of dope is evident lol

      The rain held off here in London and conditions were good. We saw a bit on the TV in the cafe at our health club - didn't spot them hope their run went well.

  11. Dat Two of Healthy Balanced Food. Eating breakfast (which I never do) Avadado and eggs. No chocolate, no crisps, no cakes (I generally eat multipe of those per day). I drank at least 1.5 l of water yesterday too. I feel good.

      There has been terrific goodwill in my local TESCO - the staff have been brilliant - and were wroning again wiith great good will this morning.

      Sending you good wishes Ashley - you had a tough time with the fraudsters plus another issue I could see, apart from anything else.

  14. Spent the day dealing with fraudsters using the charity website to test credit cards they had stolen overseas. Cost the charity a lot of time and some expenses too (few quid per transaction I am trying to reclaim).

      Nope hanger still there, it's a thick goose feather vest jacket, cant of blown away, had to be taken off hanger.
