  1. Losing ourselves in hobbies is great. We gardened for a couple of hours today, in complete peace, harmony ; happy as Larry.

      Sounds great Roy :) mine as been a long day in the garden, but far from enjoyable :(

      I think bringing a garden back to glory is a tough old job, with risks and dangers that need to be managed. 

      Tasks we are doing at the moment are challenging, difficult, but if we picture in our minds eye what the end result will be, then we can reframe even the most mundane tasks into a task of joy and assistance.
