  1. thank you for being here Annie. Hope you remain well and some nice points here for us to all consider. Much love x
  2. absolutely!! I can remember the moment I realised that recovery is not getting rid of the thoughts - recovery is carrying on as normal despite the thoughts
  3. we can work on this Annie! Reassurance seeking is something I know VERY well! How are you doing with it atm? Are you seeking a lot of reassurance from people you are living with?
  4. thanks Ash!!! There is always more layers to the onion!
  5. Annie - I know who you are and you do beat yourself up a HUGE amount about things. I would love to work with you on an exposure. Something not too hard maybe? You could bring the shoes and just put them on in an area that you feel 'safe' for the first session and then maybe a more tricky spot the next month?
  6. Ash... I might try letting someone down in a little way and not apologising for it! This is very hard for me!
  7. It is interesting you recognise this behaviour of squirreling things away as part of the OCD. When you are ready this is something you really could work on and we can support you with that at the group. I am pleased you are able to work from home. That must help with distraction. Ash asks a great question above - when we come out of this crisis what are you going to do to try and challenge an aspect of your OCD?
