  2. Dat Two of Healthy Balanced Food. Eating breakfast (which I never do) Avadado and eggs. No chocolate, no crisps, no cakes (I generally eat multipe of those per day). I drank at least 1.5 l of water yesterday too. I feel good.

  14. 32nd wedding anniversary today ! Lots of cuddles kisses flowers, and some wine and pizza later!
