    the nail varnish peeled off my little fingernail, it was normal. But then I started clawing at my other nail varnish but managed to stop myself half way.

      I understand you're missing someone who was close to you. But surely you care about yourself, Phili? Don't YOU count? That's part of growing up, becoming to ourselves what our parents once were for us. It's not easy, but sounds like your mum gave you a loving, caring role model to follow so be like her to yourself and you'll be fine.

      As long as someone is moving forward speed does not matter. I was 10th from last in my bike ride yesterday, out of hundreds but I don't care because I did it, speed doesn't matter the fact you're doing it is all that matters.
