    Have been feeling lightheaded and dizzy when I bend down and if I continue to bend down I feel like I will faint. I have an important appointment on Monday. A CPN said give it the weekend and see how i feel on Monday. My friend is saying dial 111.

      I am ok Lost. See my psychiatrist on Friday then my GP on the Monday. My mate and me might go for a Turkish mezzo meal soon at a restaurant.
