    Busy painting my pantry today, doing something nourishing rather than depleting :yes: it’s something thats needed doing for some time and as got me down, so therefore it lifts my depressive mood. However the intrusive thoughts are  strong, but I’m just letting them be there and thinking do you worst :cheer:

      Thanks Roy and Gemma :) I’m painting it in white silk and satin wood gloss for the shelves and door etc. Not sure whether to do a theme or not? Maybe follow on with rustic look the same as the lounge? Just painting it white to start :)
