About Me

Hi ? I made this account to try and get some help with my OCD. It is getting out of control I am constantly scratching/picking/damaging my skin with my nails. It's constant scratching, continuously at nothing I'm not even itchy..  I just can't help scratching and digging my nails in to my skin, it's embarrassing and uncomfortable but I don't even realise I'm doing it half the time.
