  1. Having finished my personal research on this and having discussed with some top Greek psychiatrists I have concluded that CBT helps you live with OCD, take back control of your life but not totally cures you. CBT is also easy and cheaper, it can been applied and work for everyone. Psychoanalysis is difficult, expensive, needs a lot of time but if it succeeds then the patient is unleashed, free to live his life in peace.
  2. Thank you Hal! I am taking the Anafranil 75mg (two per day) and Lyrica 75mg (two per day). Anafranil is the best antidepressant pill for OCD and it has changed my life for the better putting me again back to the game. But the side effected drowsiness is still here, a common one with Lyrica.
  3. Hello all, I am not so sure if I have the right to refer to a specific drug here, what I want to mention is that despite the huge help of meds (e.g. the anti-panic attack effect is huge) the drowsiness is a severe side effect. The most common way of dealing with it is the huge amounts of caffeine intake, which it has side effects as well... Do you have any comments on this? Do you experience something familiar?
  4. Life isn't easy or fair! Life isn't about the hand your dealt but about how you play your cards...
  5. Yes of course, thank you for your answer!
  6. Hello all, I am living and working in London but still getting my pills sent by post from Greece. Which procedure do I have to follow in order to start getting them from NHS? Thank you.
