  1. Maybe the CBT therapist wasn’t the right one for you. I have tried a couple and they have all been different. It’s finding the right one for you. I feel exercise and yoga are a big help for me. Calms me, keeps me busy and is good for you!
  2. Yes it really is. Yeh that would be nice. Thankyou! I’m new on here, have been looking at some of the posts for the last month and have decided to join
  3. I am going through the same with thoughts of my husband. I think and find other people are more attractive and it has really made me question my relationship, because of this I think I am pushing my husband away. I have all the feelings of guilt so I don’t really go near him now as I feel so bad.
