  1. Thank you for your advice unfortunately the reason I leave them out there is because bringing them into my flat, would contaminate my flat, left to my own devices they’d be gone from the hallway within a day but no matter what I do she pushes back. I did actually have a bin out there once, but the landlord wouldn’t allow it. I’ve written my neighbour a letter now and I’m hoping it helps her understand a bit better.. finger crossed ?! Thank you for your help- if anyone has any other ideas I would really appreciate them!
  2. Recently my neighbour has seemingly been taunting me and making my OCD a lot worse. I have told her many times in the past, of my condition, so I’m pretty sure she knows what she is doing. I sometimes leave antibacterial wipes in the shared hallway, with the intention of disposing of them once I am mentally prepared. However she will then move them by several inches, in front of my door, even when they are already out of anyone’s way. Is there any law against this, or any legal action I can take to stop her. Her actions have caused me severe panic attacks and are constantly worsening my condition. Thanks.
