  1. Thanks Lollipop, I'll have a look at that info.
  2. Hi everyone, This is my first time posting as believe I am suffering with OCD re contamination fears around Covid 19. I have anxiety for over 16 years on and off and recently have identified that I probably have OCD. Prior to the current situation my compulsions and rituals focussed on checking - door handles for it being locked, cooker being off, light offs etc numerous times before I would leave the house. Being at home though and not going out my compulsions seemed to have re-focused on items coming into the house, shopping for example- previously I have asked partner to get in the bath and get changed when he returned home from the shops. However have managed to manage anxiety around this and no longer ask partner to do this. I still get really anxious when shopping comes in and feel the need to wipe all tins and can down before putting them away, but then I have to clean the floor, all surfaces and spray the taps in the kitchen with a disenfectant spray, as well as all door handles etc. If husband touches anything when he comes in before washing his hands I feel the need to spray the surface with disenfectant. I've stopped going shopping as find my anxiety gets too high - an example of avoidance behaviour I believe. Still going out in an evening and making sure I maintain social distancing when I do go out for a walk I've tried to speak to husband about it but he doesn't understand and thinks I'm being ridiculous, hes the total opposite to me and not really bothered by it all. Looking for some advice on how I can manage condition and any therapists I can speak to who specliase in this area. Thanks
