Does anyone else 'catastrophise'? I'm 34 and had OCD all of my life, but I've only just heard of this term.
I'm a very glass half-full person when it comes to everyone else, but if there's anything that could possibly go wrong for me my brain seems to turn it into a worst case scenario... even if there's a 0.000001% chance it might actually happen! The intrusive thoughts go over and over in my brain imagining lots of 'worst case scenarios' that I know are very unlikely.
The last few months during lockdown this seems to have got worse - I've been furloughed so perhaps I have to much time to think haha
I just wondered if anyone else got this, and how you cope?
