Hi all,
I've recently started to feel anxious. It's more so since covid-19 started. I'm very pedantic about being clean and contamination. I can't stop it very recently, and am struggling. It's hard to reduce my 'activities' surrounding the anxiety. I think it is mild and only very recent, but need to find a way to stop letting this rule my days. I feel like I have sleepless nights and do wake up feeling fuzzy and disturbed from disrupted sleep.
How do I stop reacting to the thoughts? I've looked at videos to try and help me.
