  2. Hi, I had high intensity CBT for OCD about 2 years ago and It helped me to overcome the negative thoughts. Though, now, the thoughts really ‘hurt’ like they used to and I can’t go on like this. please can someone recommend something to help please as i can’t seem to tell myself they are only thoughts like I used to. help please thank you in advance
