  1. Hello, I am living with OCD and have found myself struggling lately. I was diagnosed as a young person although I can't remember my treatment well. I also had a couple of CBT sessions in the UK as an adult - one on the phone, one 1:1 face and one group session. However, I found access to on going therapy challenging and found other ways to manage my symptoms. Usually reading about OCD helps, and generally keeping myself healthy, exercisinf regularly (although this is becoming problematic). I now live in Thailand and access to therapy is quite a challenge. There are psychologists who can offer 1:1 sessions, although some of these are do not seem fully qualified and/or some practices I feel might not be what I'm looking for. It is also possible to get over the counter SSRIs and other medication prescribed easily in Thailand, and I wonder if this might be an option but I haven't tried any medication before and I would caustious without the advice of a legitimate Doctor. I guess my question is, does anyone know of any online CBT therapists? Has anyone experienced living with OCD overseas and have any tips or advice? How do most people manage their day to day symptoms? This is my first time posting on an online forum, so thank you in advance for your kindness and support.
