I'm new to this group. I signed up as I hope its a space i can talk openly without being judged in any way and in hope there would be some understanding.
My OCD is with intrusive thoughts. They are. Coming more and more often now. To the point its effecting my sleep and day to day functioning. Ive always been someone who thinks out every last details or possible outcome... But its getting more negative and harder to shake off.
