I currently suffer with serious false memory OCD + with intrusive thoughts, as you’ll be aware it’s not something you’d wish on your worst enemy, My question is how is the best way to handle these? thankfully I’m getting CBT in a couple of weeks but in the mean time I’m looking for some stuff to try instead of every time I walk down a street thinking of injured someone then doubting the recollection of memory in my head which is a complete different story to what occurred.
