    Have just gone cold turkey! scary, but very liberating!!

      So much going on around me has got me to ration my OCD - initially I resent the chaos, then I decide to let go & actually find it wonderfully freeing. Enforced chaos seems to be healing me!

    Hi - you have all my sympathy! non-OCD sufferers will never understand!! if you resist an urge, it's amazing how, after a bit, the urge goes - try it!
