Guest Dragonfruit
I know it's a bit cheeky to be posting here since it has been soooooooooo long since I've visited. But I had a breakthrough a few mins ago and wanted to share it I just cleaned my bathroom for the first time in over 5 years!!!!!!!! (Before everyone freaks out - the bathroom is cleaned by hubs every day - it has not been getting filthier by the day for 5 years!!) I did it all on my own and I used a cloth instead of the usual 12 rolls of kitchen towel OMG!!!!!!!!! I can hardly believe it!!!!!!!!! I know the anxiety will come later - but I'm expecting it and will kick it's ass!!! So - I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has helped me get here and to say to everyone struggling - IT CAN BE DONE Link to comment

Guest sweetie
Well done Dragonfruit, It's a good feeling when you overcome something isn't it? And I bet your bathroom really appreciated it! Seriously, that's great. As Hayley said....you can come and clean mine. Don't apologise for posting. Post when you like! All the best. Link to comment

whitebeam
I did it all on my own and I used a cloth instead of the usual 12 rolls of kitchen towel and to say to everyone struggling - IT CAN BE DONE Hi Dragonfruit, Nice to see you on here again :original: . Well done with cleaning your bathroom - I know how difficult it can be. I think it's a great achievement. I still struggle with mine - though I can now do it in under the 7 hours that it once took me. I do still get through numerous cloths, wet-wipes, gloves as I still fear that instead of cleaning germs I am moving them about, from taps to sink to bath to floor...... from loo-seat to loo-seat lid..... and so on and so forth. Anyway, well done and I hope some day to be saying the same. Take care :original: whitebeam Link to comment
