Guest natal
Well Basically when I'm get really bad anxiety about my usual worries I try to say well if that's the case and it happens I will just have to get on with it. It does die down for a while but sometimes it don't. It might last a few minutes and then I find myself going back over the worry in my mind becaause I feel I may need to incase its true. How do you accept your thoughts? Is this a good way of overcoming ocd? Link to comment

Kisu
Being in a happy place and keeping busy certainly helped me over the weekend. I cannot remember when I've last been so happy. Must have been when I was last visiting Spain. Hardly any OCD there, neither back home. But here - oh dear, where do I begin? The locals are lying, cheating b-words. Our landlord couldn't care two hoots about his property. Link to comment
