Someone brought it to my attention awhile ago but I have never looked into it fully. I know it may seem a bit "out there" but then again I do think that even if it is the situation for one person and it helps them then it is a good thing. I have often thought that there may be many different causes for certain conditions and OCD just may be one of those. There isn't a lot known about ocd and other anxiety conditions so it is quite possible that different things may be helpful for different people. As we all know nothing in this world is black and white - and there are many grey areas even in science. The book is called PhobiaFree. Link to comment
