felix4
hi felix how you? do you feel like this ? i feel really breathless tonite x Hi, I am having some odd ups & downs mood wise, & keep swallowing for some reason? (possible quetiapine withdrawal). However, all of my OCD`s are loads better?......Maybe I am stressed/depressed & not giving the OCD any attention, or have just invented bi polar OCD? Anyway, back to you. Are you pushing things to hard?....I think there is a knack/level to carrying out CBT techniques, such as needing to accept heightened anxiety, but at the same time, if it is really having a bad adverse effect then easing off slightly. xxx Link to comment

felix4
Thanks angelwings, :original: The trouble is, when I reduce a med, it can take about 6 weeks before the withdrawal really settles, & the period in between can be like a roller coaster ride. I hope you are feeling a bit better. xxx Link to comment
