Groinal response - is it now real arousal or not?

and yesterday I had my first day at work (i work with kids) and at the beginning i felt quite good and just enjoyed the time but later there where a few situations when i had bad thoughts or had pictures in my mind how the kids would look naked. I also carried a girl on my arm and jumped up and down with her on a trampoline and then thought if she might like that feeling or movement on her genital etc I also am not sure if i got groinal responds. I used a tampon (i always do because of the anxiety that i might get aroused)! And now i think about if i have DONE something bad that might have been an abuse :-(
