HOCD..POCD..TIPS? :)

it all started last year...i was in college,talking with one of my friends..we was taking the micky out of him (joking around) calling him "gay" as a joke because it annoyed him so much,then he replied with "how do u no ur not gay" and that hit my mind.."im gay" "your gay" kept running through my mind the whole daaaay! i didn't sleep that night. infact i didn't sleep for 4 nights until i came across hocd which was a big relief..

background: always liked girls...had MAJOR crushes on girls from a young age..i can even remember their names. and currently i like this girl at the moment.

i never had gay thoughts or had crushes on guys..i find that weird

(i don't have a problem with gay people btw) but i watched gay porn like ONCE..and at least 1 gay experience (which most people at least have 1 gay exp in their life)

This obession become worse...i felt "gay" stopped wearing my "fashionable" clothes..

stopped bending over..

starting having gay dreams then woke up with mad fear

all that etc

back to the story...

i realized i had ocd..and i know that i did not turn gay over night.also ive had ocd when i was younger but not that huge:

A fear of aliens invading the earth ( this obsession consisted me of praying like every 2mins literally to god that aliens don't come) when i was 9-10 years old or something.

this weird ocd happened for like 2-3 months then it stopped.

ive always fantasized about being with girls..having a wife and children from the age of like 16-17 and i have never looked or thought about a guy in that way..like ewww.

anyways this ocd is SORT OF going because i ignore it and when i did..another one came up! it was a obsession about being a paedo (POCD) which is funny..because my ocd was saying im a gay peedo..lol

anyways this ocd hurt the most because i love kids...not in a weird way though! i want my own kids etc :original:

i have never found pre-pubescent children attractive in anyway! i find girls from 14,15,16 hot and i even find older women attractive.. not kids that would be very like creepy and weird!

my ocd is funny! and a joke...ive beaten alot of my ocds by ignoring them...which works well!

i also suffer with false memories..which seem real but deep down i know they arent!

its funny all this started from doubt...with "what if im gay"

lets say i wasn't in college that day..none of this would have happened/happening :mad2:

does anyone have any tips..on how to beat ocd even more..

and oh..any christians on here? answer my why god allowed this mental illness to happen to ME?

If I could help you I would...the latest form my OCD has taken is HOCD and it has been probably the worst I've had. 24/7 torment, I've had it for about a month, maybe a bit longer. Sometimes I think why me. I've only ever been interested in girls, had fantasies about them etc etc.
