Mel1971 Posted August 11, 2013 Share Posted August 11, 2013 hi we have to be very careful on this forums not to give reassurance, reassurance just perpetuates the ocd 'vicious circle' -if you were given reassurance now that would be temporary relief but only for a short time and this can make ocd worse. Have you had a diagnosis and seen a therapist? take care Link to comment
