we have to be very careful on this forums not to give reassurance, reassurance just perpetuates the ocd 'vicious circle' -if you were given reassurance now that would be temporary relief but only for a short time and this can make ocd worse.

No, too expensive. Unless you count occupational therapy, which was for something different.
