Absolutely not. I have POCD as do many others on this board

I am going through the same at the moment and I find it hard to say things openly, I am struggling also and am feeling really anxious all the time, I am scared to be left alone at home incase I type things in google on the computer, its scaring me to death, this all come about after hearing about Rolf Harris on the news.

Im also feeling scared around children and don't want to go out.

I am at the point its that bad its having a huge effect on me.

I have been through this before a few years back regarding my own son and have got over this, and thought I wouldn't go through it again.

When boom its back with vengeance only the other week.
