Guest Erik197834
I have ocd since 13 years. It started when I was 22 years old. Lately I ponder over the question if my body and brain are addicted to anxiety and stress, or be it stress hormones and other chemical Inbalances My brain and body are not used to peace and relaxation. So can it be that my levels are to high, even when I am not obsessing, Because my brain and body are addicted or used to making high levels? Link to comment
Stuyp89
Alright mate, I can sympathise with that. Sometimes if I'm relaxed or having a good time I feel like I'm forgetting something. I remember once a while ago I'd felt relaxed for weeks with no obsessions or anything and then I actually started to worry that my body was relaxing too much and thought it would just...shut down or something. Which is ridiculous but of course it got me back to my normal anxious state. Link to comment
