Guest OCDAY Posted August 24, 2014 Share Posted August 24, 2014 Have you tried - 1 - Excercise (I hate it, but find swimming helps) 2 - Distraction techniques 3 - Mindfullness Also are yo on any meds along with CBT??? Guest OCDAY Posted August 24, 2014 Share Posted August 24, 2014 I know eactly how you feel - its c*** Could you walk the dog today (this helps me) rather than wait until tommorrow, could you try a free form of excercise in the meantime, jogging, cycling (would be difficult unless you have a bike though :original:) For distraction I find if I keep constantly busy it helps, although its one I'm working but find it near impossible to find amy motivation.
