I think it works really great if you want all that reaching out and activity.

I think I am a bit past that and happy to leave social networks to you folks and the charity. Fresh and younger blood and all that. And my Mrs limits my computer and mobile time I think quite fairly,

I agree it was good you got that invite to the support group and the awareness reach-out is also good.

But I shall now crawl back under my stone.......
